‘Special’ & ‘Limited’ All pieces offered for sale on 20ltd.com are of course limited editions i.e. they are unique pieces made in only the numbers stated. And on 20ltd.com, these limited numbers are clearly very limited indeed. However, you will see that some pieces offered for sale on 20ltd.com are referred to as ‘limited’ editions and some as ‘special’ editions. The distinction implied by the use of these two terms is as follows: ‘special’ editions refer to those pieces that are unique versions of an existing piece; ‘limited’ editions refer to those pieces that are either unique originals or whose modifications are deemed sufficiently significant for them to be treated as a unique original.
Packaging All purchased items dispatched by 20ltd.com are carefully packed to ensure they arrive with you in the best condition. They will arrive in an anonymous (as is universally required of all shipped items for reasons of security) yet smart box. Inside the outer box, the item will be surrounded by protective material. The item itself will invariably be presented in the brand/designer’s own case/packaging and then (where appropriate) wrapped in 20ltd.com’s own paper and enveloped in an embroidered silk 20ltd slip. Each & every piece purchased through 20ltd.com is delivered with a signed 20ltd certificate of authenticity.
Gifting A customer wishing to send a gift has the opportunity during the buying process to send a message to the recipient. This message will be typed on a 20ltd gift card and sent with the purchased item.
Refunds For returns and exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery (with the exception of certain items stated at point of purchase) we offer a free returns service via our international couriers DHL, Fedex or Parcelforce. All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at returns@20ltd.com. Once received, your RMA number should be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label (Air waybill slip). Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via the same courier through whom the goods were originally shipped. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for an RMA. Returns received outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of 20 (London) Ltd. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us your required size at returns@20ltd.com. Please note that any items returned will NOT be refunded if they are not returned in their original condition or if they are not returned in all their original packaging. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). You should make the goods freely available for collection by the relevant courier at a mutually convenient time within 14 days of receiving the RMA. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. Please note that items received as a gift that are returned may only be refunded to the purchaser.
Insurance 20 (London) Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
